Seeking festive and sophisticated Christmas and New Year decorations, one of the largest shopping centres in the United Arab Emirates has turned to Globall Concept based in Nivelles which specialises in festive decorations and lights.
Globall Concept has produced this large-scale project this year in Dubai. The shopping centre, which is home to over 560 brands over a surface area of 233,467 m², is a high end shopping destination and its decorations must therefore match its luxury positioning. Globall Concept has created a bespoke project including innovative products such as the spectacular bells illuminated by 3,776 LED lights. A 14m Christmas tree decorated with around forty stars and over 900m of illuminated tinsel, giant 2m-tall polar bears, twinkling stars and two large animated scenes with singing teddy bears make up the major part of this decoration featuring products designed in Wallonia exclusively by the internal Globall Concept studio.
This is not the company's first international project. Created in 1996, Globall Concept has been lighting up the world during festivals for 20 years. Creations go to the four corners of the globe to dress shopping centres, galleries, cities, hotels and stations etc. in festive decorations.
At Globall Concept, there's a little bit of Christmas all year round. Indeed, behind the scenes, they begin preparing for Christmas in January. From February to July, installers and decorators from shopping centres visit their 1,500 m² showroom in Nivelles for inspiration. In this magical space, with its Christmas trees, illuminated reindeer and giant teddy bears the projects that will delight you during your celebrations are born.
Constantly growing since it was founded in 1996. Globall Concept now exports its products to over 70 countries worldwide and is involved in several large exclusive projects including, this year in the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Mexico, Turkey and many more besides. Nearer to home, Globall Concept is present at City2 and Médiacité. Alongside its experience on the professional markets, Globall Concept also exports to the retail market, selling lighting and decorative products for the home and garden under the Light Creations brand. They are found in some of the largest distribution channels in Europe.
